Reviews from parents

Carly and her mother, Pauline, took care of my son, Joseph, from the age of 5 months. As soon as I met Carly in her home, I felt immediately reassured that she was a warm, patient, and reliable person; the best evidence being her own, extraordinary, beautiful children. Joseph immediately took to Carly and to her children, and the children in her care.

Pauline and Carly are carers of the highest integrity professionalism. As I know from experience, any family would be blessed to enjoy their support.

I can't recommend Carly enough, she's a treasure to our community. She was my daughter's 2nd mom and she helped us all as family grow my little girl out of her own world to florish and become one of the happiest kids I've ever known.

Sending our daughter to Carly's Angels was the best choice we made, she was so well cared for, natured, taught much more than I can have done at home. We couldn't be happier with Carly and the team and will send our second child there too.

Carly’s Angel’s is aptly named because there is indeed a heavenly environment created for the children and you feel like you are dropping them off with family. Carly herself is one of the most organic and warm care providers I have ever come across and the trust I have for her came over me instantly during our very first meeting. 5 stars

Sending our son to Carly's Angels has had an amazing effect on him and our family life! Our son is happy, safe and challenged and Carly has even given us useful strategies to use at home. We feel so blessed to have found Carly and her wonderful team. xx

Central London based

I am based close to Pimlico station, where I provide childcare in my large home with outdoor space. In addition, I also hire a hall with our very own private outdoor space in SW1 two days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

This allows children in my care and additional children on these days to benefit from more facilities, opportunities and more social interaction. Those that I provide full-time care for (limited numbers) will benefit from both settings at home and at the hall.

We follow the EYFS (Early years foundation stage) curriculum

The EYFS framework sets the standards that all early years providers must meet to ensure that children learn and develop well. It ensures that children are kept healthy and safe and that they have the knowledge and skills they need to start school.

The seven areas of learning are:
* communication and language
* physical development
* personal, social and emotional development
* literacy
* mathematics
* understanding the world
* expressive arts and design

We understand that the early years is such an important time in a child’s development and we have been trusted to help guide and shape your child’s future. We ensure that we are helping each individual child develop in all areas of the EYFS curriculum.

Carly’s Angels was founded in 2011

I have been a childminder for over 10 years and a parent to six wonderful children. I'm also experienced in working with children with special education needs (SEND) and multiple births.

I thoroughly love working with children and having an influence on their development in such a crucial stage of their lives, the early years.

All of our staff are at the least fully DBS checked, paediatric first aid trained, hold a level 3 safeguarding qualification and have a food and hygiene qualification.

During the pandemic, due to my own children having to home school, we transitioned from my home to the Ebury Edge community hall two days days a week to ensure parents were able to continue working and children could continue to thrive and socialise. It has been a success ever since.

At the hall I work alongside two assistants (one being my mum!) with a maximum of nine children. This small number means that we can offer each individual child the care, support and education to help them thrive. At our setting we truly understand that every child is unique and has come to us with different life experiences, we are there to help your child develop, thrive and learn but most importantly be happy!

Children have started with us as young as five months old and very often stay with us for many years until they move on to nursery or even school. We like to be involved in this transition and always hope to keep in contact once your child moves on.
